After being kicked out of his beloved home in a traveling circus, Popovich sets his sights on Hollywood. But he gets stuck in a little desert town on his way to LaLaLand. He's forced to work a series of dead end jobs there in the hope of making enough money to get out but winds up even deeper in a cycle of comic mischief and misfortune.
