What seems like routine for Billy Kuckuck ends dramatically for her quick-tempered client Karl Löwe: he ends up in hospital with a heart attack. The owner of a traditional pastry shop is alleged to have bought an e-scooter online and not paid for it. He stubbornly insists that he neither ordered nor received the scooter.
