
Rita Matu Mona
Rita Matu Mona (born Rita Charloeta Parinduri on April 26, 1959, in Medan, Indonesia) is an Indonesian actress, theatre director, playwright, declamator, and cultural figure whose career has spanned more than four decades. Widely recognized as one of Indonesia’s most respected stage performers, she has been a prominent member of the renowned Teater Koma since 1980, appearing in numerous acclaimed productions including Sampek Engtay, Opera Kecoa, and Bom Waktu. Her dedication to the performing arts has earned her a reputation as one of the leading figures in contemporary Indonesian theatre. In addition to her stage career, Rita successfully transitioned to film and television, earning praise for her performances in notable Indonesian productions such as Marlina the Murderer in Four Acts, Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap, The Big 4, and Ratu Ratu Queens: The Series.
